Innovation and growth only thrive with the right talents in the right culture. Finding those talents and building corporate cultures that enable them to grow is precisely our unique expertise, because we evolved from the startup-scene and accompanied the key players and entrepreneurs right from the start. i-potentials is the only recruiting consultancy that combines digital and recruiting expertise with an excellent network of intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs.
We know what is of key importance when it comes to corporate cultures and recruiting strategies in order to find and keep those who shape the future – in startups and grownups. With our holistic solutions in consulting, placement and training, we pave your company’s way to the future. No vision should fail because it lacks the right people to turn it into a reality.
We pour our experience gained by accompanying countless digital industry players, our knowledge on modern recruiting and our startup DNA into bringing HR strategy and corporate cultures to a new level. Our consulting focuses on two approaches: Building HR structures for fast-growing companies and supporting cultural transformation in established companies.
Our core area of expertise is finding those who shape the future. We help finding talents for strategically relevant key positions but are also able to support companies going through phases of disruptive growth. Different circumstances require different search approaches, which is why we offer a highly developed, specialized executive search but also hypergrowth recruiting solutions.
We are experts when it comes to leadership and talent management in the digital age because we are closest to the relevant target group. On the basis of thousands of conversations with digital natives, we have developed a leadership model that helps these talents to thrive. This knowledge as well as our expertise on efficient recruiting processes has been published in our book and is the subject of our various trainings for entrepreneurs, managers and HR departments.
