    • Setup of search strategy.
    • Definition of project plan for the search and preparation of all relevant search documents by our team.
    • Preparation of target company list and job description.

    Week 3-4
    • Identification of all relevant candidates via target group specific channels (research incl. Boolean search, network and multipliers).
    • Preparation of long and short list containing all relevant candidates.
