As a freelance principal at i-potentials Nadja is responsible for mandates of the 1st and 2nd management level in the media and communications industry and advises corporations and medium-sized companies in transformation processes. She also works as a Leadership Consultant and Executive Coach.
Nadja holds a diploma in psychology and studied psychology at the Humboldt University in Berlin, where she completed her training as a systemic coach at the Artop Institute. After various positions as Human Resources Manager, she headed the Human Resources and Executive Development department of one of the leading international multimedia agencies, the Aperto Group, an IBM company. She works as a freelance consultant and coach for executives and advises companies in the context of change projects as an expert for the optimal design of change processes.
Through her work as co-author of the Handbuch für Managementdiagnostik (Hogrefe Verlag), she regularly deals with the topic of leadership competence in connection with leadership success. She, therefore, incorporates the latest scientific findings into her work as a consultant and coach. Nadja speaks German and English.
