Recruitment consultancy has been her field of choice for the past 5 years: Her experience ranges from young professional and expert search to executive positions for various organizations from the new and old economy. She has built a strong network over the years and, as a consultant, can provide insight into the fields of marketing, communications, and sales.
Natalie uses her expert knowledge not only in executive searches but also shares it with companies looking to build and optimize their internal recruitment processes and workflows. She holds a psychology degree (with a focus on work and organization psychology) from the LMU Munich and speaks German, Englisch, French and Luxembourgian.
