To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Research Consultant (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

Your Role

As a Research Consultant (m/f/d), you track market and industry trends to identify strategically relevant insights into organizational structures and future skills in the digital age. Your analyses form the foundation for our mandates to fill top positions for our client portfolio. You don’t just work behind the scenes – you collaborate closely with our Principals and Partners, from mandate acquisition through to successful placement.

Summary of Your Responsibilities

  • Project-specific analysis and evaluation of market and competitive information, from general company information to strategic orientation such as market shares, management changes, or sales channels
  • Research and preparation of organizational and leadership structures as well as digital business models as a decision-making basis for clients, project teams, and potential mandates
  • Development of individual identification strategies and evaluation of target companies for the systematic search and pre-selection of executives in close coordination with the responsible project leaders
  • Use of our AI‑enabled research approach to precisely analyze market and organizational structures, as well as to efficiently identify and engage qualified, relevant candidates
  • Needs-based support in the initial written approach to identified candidates as well as scheduling initial interviews in close coordination with the responsible project team
  • Active participation in client briefings and regular client coordination meetings, as well as independent content preparation and follow-up of appointments
  • Project work in interdisciplinary teams with Principals and Partners across all project phases – from mandate acquisition to successful placement

  • Initial experience in recruiting/active sourcing and/or market research as well as basic knowledge of common AI tools are advantageous
  • You communicate convincingly and confidently in German and English
