György Novák

With his extensive and international executive search expertise, György Novák has been supporting companies in transformation phases as a consultant at i-potentials since 2025. Originally from Hungary, he brings a multicultural perspective which enriches his consulting work.

Prior to i-potentials, György spent six years at Egon Zehnder, where he focused on the DACH region and specialized in filling CHRO positions. He supported scale-ups and tech companies, as well as private equity portfolio companies and family businesses, with their executive recruitment. At i-potentials, he supports organizations in transformation phases with analytical precision and a solution-oriented consulting approach, focusing on critical appointments for the top management and boards.
