As a consultant at i-potentials, Jessica is responsible for the implementation of search projects in a transformation and innovation context. She has extensive insights from corporate structures as well as dynamic scale-ups and hypergrowth companies. Over the past five years, she has specialized in operational and strategic recruiting and worked as a manager in the development of a recruiting department.

Through her diverse experience in different corporate structures, she has developed a deep understanding of the requirements of strategic recruitment. Her degree in business psychology with a focus on leadership psychology complements her expertise and enables her to make valuable contributions to leadership consulting projects.
