Throughout her career, she has gained extensive insight into corporate structures as well as dynamic scale-ups and hypergrowth companies. Over the past five years, Jessica has specialized in operational and strategic recruiting, including her most recent role as a leader in building a company-wide recruiting department.

Her bachelor’s degree in business psychology, with a focus on leadership psychology, complements her practical expertise.
