Merlin Ludin

As advisor to the management board at i-potentials, Merlin is the central driver for the implementation of strategic decisions. In his role, he significantly increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire organization, especially at management level.

Before joining i-potentials, Merlin gained valuable experience as a project coordinator and management assistant at DNS:NET Internet Service GmbH, where he was instrumental in the successful implementation of cross-divisional projects. His career began in the dynamic start-up environment, where he was responsible for customer projects from conception to successful implementation as co-managing director. His subsequent work in a family-owned company expanded his spectrum with in-depth knowledge of internal consulting and the development of transformation strategies.
