Sabine is a Principal at i-potentials in the Munich office and has 25 years of experience in filling top management positions, including CEOs, C-suite members and supervisory boards. She specializes in organizations in the transforming German Mittelstand, scale-ups with private equity and venture capital involvement, and technology roles in large corporations.

Prior to i-potentials, Sabine worked at Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds Associates and Spencer Stuart, where she worked with international companies from various industry segments. At Heidrick & Struggles, she played a crucial role in establishing the Technology Officers’ Practice in the DACH region and successfully filled positions such as CIO, CTO, CDO, CPO and CISO.
Sabine combines her strong network with in-depth market knowledge and develops customized executive search processes. She focuses on the quality of the candidates, as well as their personal, cultural and professional fit with the client.
