Sabine Thiemann

Sabine is Principal at i-potentials and is mainly responsible for search mandates for CxO positions. She is a passionate executive search expert with more than 20 years of experience in filling top executive positions. Throughout her career, Sabine has worked primarily with large corporations and international groups. At i-potentials, she also advises organizations from the transforming mid-market and scale-ups each with PE involvement.

Prior to i-potentials, she worked as a consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, Russell Reynolds Associates, and Spencer Stuart, where she specialized in recruiting technology and digital executives across industries and geographies. She combines her strong network with deep market insights and a strong service orientation.
