Vanessa Dill

Vanessa joined i-potentials in 2020 and is now a principal, bringing her years of expertise in the digital economy to building relevant leadership teams.

She has been in the digital world since its early days and knows it from many perspectives. After an initial stint in traditional FMCG marketing (Mars GmbH), she spent almost 8 years at eBay Classifieds Group, as marketing and division manager, including in Denmark and Holland. Later, she was managing director of a startup, which she successfully sold. She always found it exciting how much the right person in the right position can make a difference, and spent the following years at two internationally renowned executive search firms. The focus was on executive search of leadership positions in tech and digital.

She holds a degree in communications and is a trained business coach. Vanessa is passionate about bringing together the interests of the company with the motivation of the individual. She speaks German and English.
