As a Senior Market Analyst, Kathleen conducts market research regarding the organizational structures in various companies, industries and business models and identifies suitable candidates for our executive search mandates. Her focus is primarily on digitizing mid-sized companies and corporations, especially in the retail industry.

Kathleen previously worked as a travel agent for 10 years and then as an executive secretary at a medium-sized electronics service provider in Querfurt. At the opening of the i-potentials office, she decided to make a lateral move into executive search consulting.
