Katja Bauer has been supporting leading companies in Germany for over 15 years in filling key positions and developing sustainable leadership structures. Her executive career began as the first Head of HR at Zalando, where she was instrumental in developing the recruiting and HR structures during a period of hyper-growth. Since then, she has successfully established and optimized HR structures in numerous renowned companies such as reBuy, Flaconi and Jamba.
