Katja became a partner at i-potentials in 2019. As a member of the leadership team, her focus is on the strategic growth of digital teams as well as setting up state of the art HR structures for organizations in the new and old economy.
She is a passionate HR practitioner with several years of experience from some of the lighthouse companies of the German digital economy: her first job in digital was at Jamba, in 2010 she became the first-ever Head of HR at Zalando. When it comes to HR strategies for e-commerce and retail, Katja is the expert to ask - after her time at Zalando, she worked in leading positions at reBuy, and most recently Flaconi.
Katja has a degree in administration and used to work for the German Pension Insurance Association as well as the Federal Employment Agency - with this education, she knows her way around the German labor law and structured personnel processes. She speaks German and English.
