Marlen Kimaro

Marlen is a Principal at i-potentials and in her position she is responsible for executive search mandates for positions in general management, finance and operations across various business models.

In the course of her career, Marlen has held various roles within the company. Amongst others, she has built up and managed the Research and Project Delivery divisions. She worked as a student trainee at the company during the start-up phase and thus discovered her passion for filling management positions and the digital economy. Marlen joined i-potentials in 2014.

She studied business administration with a focus on marketing at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (M.Sc.). Marlen speaks German and English. She is a certified REISS Master.
