(Associate) Consultant (m/f/d).

 

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will support strategic, forward-looking recruitment mandates for the first and second management levels. Our projects take us across the European business world and you will gain deep insights into corporate strategies from transforming medium-sized companies and DAX corporations, VC & private equity investors to digital pure players and scale-ups on the verge of going public.

In a team with a Partner and a Market Analyst, you will design individual placement strategies, which you will implement with a high level of quality awareness, successful project management and as a competent contact person for clients and candidates. You aim to achieve a strategically relevant impact with your placements and therefore strive to find the best match between candidate and company. You will continuously develop your knowledge of digital business models, new technologies and the working world of the future and build up a top-class network step by step through your work at i-potentials.

Your tasks

  • As part of the team, you will accompany executive search mandates and learn our working methods so that you can gradually take on your own task packages over the course of the entire project: Starting with the translation of client needs into the individual search strategy, through candidate approach, interviews and introductions, to support in client management and consulting at eye level.
  • You will create important project documents (e.g. briefing documents, project plans, status reports, candidate evaluations) and attend client meetings and workshops that you have prepared.
  • You always keep an eye on our high quality standards and ensure the quality of results through effective project and stakeholder management as well as continuous KPI tracking.
  • You will continuously expand your network and develop your technical expertise as well as your digital industry and business model knowledge.

Your profile

  • 2 years of professional experience in premium headhunting / executive search
  • Collaborative consultant personality with strong analytics paired with emotional intelligence
  • Process-driven and detail-oriented way of working with high quality standards and a simultaneous focus on results
  • Solid understanding of business contexts and a great enthusiasm for the topics of transformation, organizational development, digital economy and modern leadership approaches as well as the motivation to continuously develop your expertise
  • Excellent communication skills (in German and English) and MS Office skills
  • Very successfully completed studies in a relevant subject area
