To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

(Senior) Consultant (m/f/d).

As an executive search consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and candidates in strategically forward-looking recruitment mandates for the first and second management levels. Our mandates take us across the European business world and you will gain deep insights into corporate strategies from transforming SMEs and DAX companies, VC & private equity investors to digital pure players and scale-ups on the verge of going public.

Job description

As part of a team with a partner and a market analyst, you will design individual recruitment strategies that you will implement with successful project management, confident client and candidate management at eye level and a high level of quality awareness. You will continuously develop your expertise in digital business models, new technologies and the working world of the future and build up a high-calibre network step by step.

Your tasks

  • As part of the team, you will manage several executive searches in parallel – starting with the translation of client needs into the individual search strategy, through candidate contact, interviews and introductions, to ongoing client counselling at eye level.
  • You create important project documents (e.g. briefing documents, project plans, status reports, candidate evaluations) and accompany and moderate client meetings that you have prepared.
  • You always keep an eye on the high quality standards at ipotentials and ensure the quality of results through technical guidance and effective management of the internal project team as well as continuous KPI tracking.
  • You continuously expand your network and develop your technical expertise as well as your digital industry and business model knowledge. By sparring with your colleagues, you ensure a transparent exchange of knowledge and experience.


You have extensive experience with and enjoy working with candidates and clients. You have the ambition to achieve a strategically relevant impact for your clients with your placements and therefore always strive for the best match between candidate and company. Your experience in managing projects, stakeholders and employees makes you a competent and trustworthy sparring partner for both your clients and your project team. You are enthusiastic about digital topics, especially in combination with executive search and organisational architecture.


  • At least five years of professional experience, including relevant digital experience or experience in the premium headhunting sector
  • Self-reflective and collaborative consultant personality with strong emotional intelligence
  • Confident, authentic communicator at eye level combined with excellent project and multi-stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Process-driven and detail-orientated way of working paired with pronounced quality standards and strong implementation skills
  • Solid understanding of business contexts, the digital economy, digital business models and modern leadership approaches as well as the motivation to continuously develop your expertise
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Successfully completed studies in a relevant subject area
