Eileen Stübke

After completing her Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Work and Organizational Psychology at the Technical University of Dresden, Eileen gained initial experience in organizational consulting and human resources at T-Systems MMS. With strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of leadership and people in organizations, she makes a meaningful contribution to our research and market trend analysis.

As a Research Consultant, she specializes in comprehensive market research and the development of innovative identification strategies for executive search projects. Her focus lies on the targeted identification of leadership personalities who can actively shape transformation and innovation processes across the DACH region.
