Patrycja Tonne

Patrycja is a Principal at i-potentials and has worked in executive search for 20 years. She advises corporations, private equity- and venture capital-backed companies, family-owned businesses and mid-sized organisations on the appointment of C-level, top management and board members. Her focus is on leaders who do more than initiate transformation. They embed it in the organisation and guide companies through their next phase of development.

Her professional focus has been on technology and digitalisation for many years. She understands how new technologies are changing business models, organisations and leadership. That is why she never looks at leadership in isolation from strategy, the business model and culture. For her clients, she is a long-term sparring partner who remains available beyond the appointment itself.

Before joining i-potentials, Patrycja built and led the Tech & Digital practice at boutique consultancy Campbell Reed, with full P&L responsibility. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at Cribb. These experiences have sharpened her understanding of the kind of leadership companies need at different stages of their development and what successful change requires in practice.
