The Berlin-based executive search and organization consultancy i-potentials expands its partner level: since March 1st, 2019, Katja Bauer is a partner at i-potentials. As an experienced HR expert, she has previously been in charge of building professional HR structures and expanding international teams across the German digital economy with leading positions at Zalando, Jamba, and most recently Flaconi.
With this addition to the partner level, i-potentials is set to combine broad and diverse knowledge about recruitment and leadership in the digital age from organizations in various maturity stages. i-potentials founder Constanze Buchheim built the HR division for the German e-commerce company Spreadshirt; Managing Partner Martina Weiner previously was Chief of Staff at the Berlin-based company builder Team Europe.

This trend is mirrored in i-potentials client base which not only comprises hyper-growth digital companies such as Celonis, smava or kununu, but also digitally transforming SMEs and listed corporations such as adidas, Bertelsmann, or the Otto Group.
